Moonlight at Dawn

Moonlight at dawn doesn’t make sense. Well neither does decaffeinated coffee…..unless you want to drink coffee at 10pm but not stay up till 10am.  We have had several requests for a decaffeinated coffee. But I hadn’t found one that fit the criteria until now.  

The EA decaf process is only being done in Colombia right now, so the only beans being decaffinated this way are Colombia beans. Ethyl Acetate is a compound found in sugarcane, and introducing this natural compound to the coffee eliminates 97% of the caffeine from it. It seems like it may retain the most flavor in the coffee of any currently used decaf process methods.

Note* This is a limited time offer. We are testing out the popularity of this offering to determine if it will become a regular. Orders will be filled a little differently than the other regular offerings are. We will source green beans as orders are placed and then roast and ship so processing time will be a little longer than our other offerings.  This will change if it becomes a regular.
