Probasco Coffee Co - Polar Nights

There is nothing like having a hot cup of coffee on a cold day or a "polar night". This is the coffee that started it all. It started out as a seasonal gift to friends and family, I then received multiple requests for more of my coffee. It is the coffee that got Probasco Coffee Co. where it is today. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do! 

*NOTE* This coffee has no flavors added. The following tasting notes are hints of flavor and aromas that occurs naturally. Once roasted coffee has a bigger range of possible flavors than wine. Making it one of the worlds most complex beverages.  The flavors that occur in coffee are dependent on the location it is grown, how it is processed, its variety, how its roasted, as well as how it is brewed. 

Tasting notes: A sparkling, clean, lemon-orange brightness with chocolate and nutty overtones that carry through to the long, complex finish.
